The new Mobility IBE was written in .Net 2.0. Features and handling are based on Web 2.0 and AJAX. This allows easiest use like you already know from standard Microsoft Office applications like Excel.

Search
The following search options can be queried:
» Pick up and return place, date and time
» Single supplier or multiple suppliers
» Selected categories with enhanced criteria’s such as
   specific make and/or features of a vehicle
» Renter’s age qualification
» Number of passengers in party including luggage
» Package type inclusions

List
According to the entered database of the visualFares Entry multiple offers will be listed. Up to ten (10) offers per page will be displayed starting with the lowest price offer for the selected locations and rental periods. However you may customize the number of offers within the User Administration. The total price will be shown in the selected currency including reference to the availability, package inclusions and general terms & conditions.

Hit% = Match of requested criteria in %
Buy = you may display the Buy-price (net/net) to a closed user group. (Accounting area)
Cost breaks = All prices will be listed for the selected rental duration. However you may also display all other costs breaks.
The country specific terms & conditions will be displayed according to your language selection.

Locations
From the associated location network of a selected RAC supplier you can choose a suitable pick-up and return location and require additional services such as navigation system, child seats or handicapped equipment.

Booking
A booking summary will be displayed reconfirming your selected criteria’s as well as a renter’s details where you can enter your renter’s name and contact (telephone, e-mail).
