Distribution

Once all data are entered with visualFares Entry they can be exported either within the visualFares Product Family as a .VCX file (VCX Exporter) or as an HTML file.

HitchHiker Export (.vcx):
With the vcx Export module HitchHiker Entry user may distribute individual rates and conditions to single or multiple clients in the HitchHiker format.
There are two different types of exports:
1. Export of selected rates and conditions
2. Export of selected companies (locations, fleet, packages, etc.)

This will allow their clients or partners to re-sell their products with their own markup/prices due to their own calcutlation models.

HitchHiker Import (.vci):
With the vcx-Import Module HitchHiker entry users may import a complete network of a Rent-A-Car Company including rates and conditions.
There are two different types of import:
1. Import of selected rates and conditions
2. Import of selected companies (locations, fleet, packages, etc.)

HTML-Export:
Fleet rules and conditions can be entered in a structured way and distributed from Entry to Entry, or sent as an HTML file. As a result, rate contract details are easily exchangeable between Rent-a-Car companies and brokers.

The export function of visual-Fares Entry offers the possibility to generate an HTML sheet containing Buy, Sell, and/or Street prices. Information concerning different packages, one-way rentals, additional mileage, services, locations, and stations is also included in this sheet.

These tools allow for a state-of-the-art interexchange of master data, conditions, and prices between rent-a-car companies, consolidators/ travel agency chains, and brokers with the main objective to deliver up to date and extensive information for presentation on the Internet.
