Tour operators need to sell flexible online packages with the possibility to control their individual car rental suppliers in terms of quality and conditions and selling rates. To be one step ahead of their competitors the tour operators need to negotiate own “exclusive” conditions from either local and/or branded car rental companies.

Next to Standard “FIT” rates and conditions the tour operators may receive bundled offers from their car rental partners, which may include additional services or equipment, less restrictive insurance conditions, or supplementary package type inclusions for special itineraries (i.e. one-way rentals, long-term rentals, special city pairs, combinations with other products such as fly & drive rentals).

Solution:

Our Mobility Package I is dedicated to those tour operators, who do have world-wide contracted net rates from several car rental companies or RV companies for all destinations.

The package can be used as hosted service or can be purchased as a license.
Together with a tour operator system (for example DaVinci from BEWOTEC) this software package will handle all business transactions of a tour operator offering mobility.
